International Shipping (including USA)

We ship selected nightwear, lingerie and comfort wear to the United States and other international destinations where our courier partners can deliver.

How international orders work

  • Place your order on balajihosieryxlu.com with a complete overseas address (for USA: full street, city, state and ZIP).

  • Product payment is completed online at checkout. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for USA or other international addresses.

  • International shipping / freight is paid by the customer. It is separate from India domestic shipping and does not use domestic free-shipping or flat-fee rates.

  • Before dispatch from Hyderabad, our team will reach out to you on WhatsApp to confirm size, discuss any alterations (if the garment allows), share the final freight quote (based on weight, volume and destination), and confirm the delivery address.

  • After confirmation, we pack the order and hand it to an international courier. Tracking / AWB details are shared once the shipment is live.

Delivery timelines (international)

  • International delivery is usually about 4-5 working days after dispatch, depending on destination, courier service and customs clearance.

  • Festival peaks, year-end rush or customs holds can add extra days.

  • Couriers may attempt delivery more than once. Please keep a reachable phone number on the order so the parcel is not returned.

Customs duty, taxes and fees (USA and other countries)

  • Product prices do not include destination customs duty, import tax, brokerage or clearance fees.

  • If U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or the courier assesses duty, tax or fees on a personal import, these are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We provide an honest commercial invoice. We cannot waive government or courier clearance charges.

Size and alterations before dispatch

  • For overseas orders, our team will reach out on WhatsApp before dispatch to confirm size and any alterations (store fittings are not available remotely).

  • A delayed reply may delay packing until size and alterations are locked.

  • Alterations are only possible if agreed before packing and if the garment and brand allow it.

Exchanges and returns (international)

  • If you request an exchange after delivery overseas, you bear the freight cost (return to India and/or re-ship, as applicable).

  • Contact us on WhatsApp before arranging any return courier. Exchanges depend on stock, tags, product condition and lingerie hygiene rules. Worn intimatewear is often not exchangeable.

  • For a clear defect or wrong item, contact us promptly with order details and photos.
